Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Processing order includes stock preparation, payment confirmation and arrangement of delivery.
Orders are not precessed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise arranged with the sales office.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The amount is based on the delivery address provided and is subject to change upon verification. Final charges will be confirmed on the invoice.
Standard delivery: lead time is 1-7 business days for items in stock unless specified otherwise. Lead times for out-of-stock, backordered, and imported items will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time for express delivery is 1-3 business days, from the day the order is confirmed. Confirmed order refers to fully paid order, payment received and confirmed by Cristal Group (Pty) Ltd.
Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery time will be confirmed.
Expedited deliveries and public holidays deliveries should be arranged with our sales office.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Cristal Group (Pty) Ltd ships to addresses within South Africa. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or the European Union.
International Shipping
International shipping can be arranged by contacting our sales office. This service is not available automatically at checkout. For more details, please reach out to us at sales@cristalgroup.co.za.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Cristal Group (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Cristal Group (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping through own Courrier service. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
